The Co-op Apprenticeship Program is a post-high school apprenticeship program offered to youth in South East Alberta as a solution to local skills shortages. Local youth have the opportunity to gain up to four years of apprenticeship training with local employers in any of the apprenticeable trades. Applicants must have attended highschool between 2015-2020 at either MHHS, CHHS, McCoy or any highschool in the Prairie Rose School Division and be 18 years of age at the time of employment. This program was developed by CAREERS: The Next Generation and is organized by Youth Careers in collaboration with Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training.

Hours: M-F 8 hour days with occasional OT. 7:30am-4pm
